about
Eddie Tokyo - War & Peace
Charlatans like Alex Jones and other formations are calling for a change of the existing structures and condemning brinkmanship by governments as well as corporations. Alongside, in their online-shops they sell fan-accessories like coffee mugs with their logos printed on made in china for 1.99 $/€ a piece.
I believe that art is the only generally accepted part of society which still is able to save the world. Politics has been failing for the past nearly 100 years, the finance system fundamentally follows a different plan in the world, sports has the power to do so, but with organizations like f.e. the FIFA it is almost impossible to achieve nowadays.
And even though, art as well, has become an derivative bubble with enormous amounts of money included (music, contemporary arts, classical art and so on) and only a "chosen" few in charge for the definition of value for a piece of art. I believe that art is the only part left in society that has a chance to free the world.
By following the thought of combining calling for a change and art being the last plausible option for a better world, I make my criticism of war freely available.
